Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rollout Plus mobile application, operated by T&T Leisureland ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Rollout Plus you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Rollout Plus. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a user under 17.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You must register with a valid email address and provide accurate information. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else or impersonate any person or entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rollout-plus.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each person may maintain only one active Rollout Plus account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction is prohibited.
You retain ownership of any content you post, including photos, text, and reviews ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant T&T Leisureland a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving Rollout Plus. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that:
Posts that include photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Location check-ins are hidden from other users after 3 hours. We do not guarantee the permanent storage of any User Content.
You agree not to use Rollout Plus to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
The "At Venue" feature and other location-based functions require access to your device's GPS. Location access is entirely voluntary. Granting location permission confirms your consent to share your position with nearby Rollout Plus users for the duration of your session. You may revoke location permission at any time via your device settings.
You must not use location features to track, monitor, or locate another person without their knowledge and consent.
Rollout Plus provides direct messaging between members. You agree not to use messaging to send unsolicited, offensive, or harassing communications. We reserve the right to review messages where a user has been reported for abuse, to the extent permitted by law.
The Rollout Plus app, including its name, logo, design, software code, and all non-user-generated content, is the property of T&T Leisureland and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Rollout Plus without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, monitor, remove, or restrict access to any User Content or account that we believe violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that we deem harmful to users or to Rollout Plus. We will act on credible reports of abuse as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Rollout Plus integrates with third-party services (including Supabase and mapping providers) to deliver its features. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Rollout Plus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use Rollout Plus at your own risk.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of venue information, user reviews, or any content posted by other members. Meeting other users in person is at your own discretion and risk — please exercise common sense and personal safety.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, T&T Leisureland and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rollout Plus, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or damage to property.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Rollout Plus shall not exceed €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
On termination, your right to use Rollout Plus ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Rollout Plus after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, you must stop using the app and delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Rollout Plus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
