Rollout Plus is built for people who want to explore, connect, and experience their city together. These guidelines exist to keep that experience safe, respectful, and genuinely fun for everyone. They apply to all content, profiles, messages, reviews, and interactions within the app.
The Core Rules

Treat everyone with respect
Rollout Plus brings together people from different backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles. Disagreements happen — harassment doesn't have to. Speak to others the way you'd want to be spoken to in person.

Be who you say you are
Use your real name and a genuine photo. Fake profiles, impersonation, and catfishing undermine trust for everyone. One account per person — no exceptions.

Respect location privacy
Location sharing in Rollout Plus is always opt-in. Never screenshot or share another member's location outside the app. Never use the At Venue feature to track someone without their knowledge.
📸
Only post content you have the right to share
Don't post photos or videos of other people without their consent, especially in private or sensitive situations. Don't share copyrighted material you don't own. All photo posts auto-delete after 24 hours.
🚫
Zero tolerance for hate and harm
Content that attacks, demeans, or threatens anyone based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other characteristic is banned. This includes slurs, dehumanising language, and calls to violence.
🔞
Keep it appropriate
Rollout Plus is for members aged 17 and over, but it is not an adult platform. Sexually explicit content, nudity, and graphic violence are not allowed anywhere in the app — posts, profiles, reviews, or messages.

No spam or unsolicited promotion
Don't flood feeds with repeated posts, send unsolicited promotional messages, or use the app as an advertising platform. Reviews should be genuine first-hand experiences, not marketing.
⚖️
Stay on the right side of the law
Don't use Rollout Plus to buy, sell, or arrange anything illegal. Don't post content that incites criminal activity or shares illegal material of any kind.
Venue Reviews
Reviews should help other members make genuine decisions about where to go. Keep them honest and first-hand.

- Based on your own visit
- Specific and helpful
- Constructive if negative
- Written in good faith
✕ Not allowed
- Fake or paid reviews
- Competitor attacks
- Personal attacks on staff
- Off-topic content
Location & At Venue
The At Venue feature is designed for spontaneous, consensual connections. When using it:
- Your location is only shared while you have the screen open and is hidden after 3 hours
- Approaching another member in person based on their pin is fine — harassment is not
- If someone declines to interact, respect that immediately
- Never use At Venue to follow or monitor someone across locations
Messaging
- Only message people you have a genuine reason to contact
- A member who doesn't respond is not interested — don't send repeated messages
- Do not send unsolicited explicit images or links
- Block and report anyone who makes you uncomfortable
Consequences
Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may take the following actions:
Warning — for minor first-time violations
Content removal — offending posts, reviews, or messages deleted
Temporary suspension — account restricted for a period
Permanent ban — account permanently terminated, with possible referral to law enforcement for serious violations
We reserve the right to take action at any level without prior warning for serious violations, including hate speech, threats, non-consensual sharing of intimate images, or illegal activity.
Personal Safety
When meeting other Rollout Plus members in person for the first time:
- Meet in a public place
- Tell someone you trust where you're going
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave
- Never feel pressured to share personal contact information
Rollout Plus connects people online — your safety in person is ultimately your own responsibility. We encourage all members to exercise good judgement.
